Getting there
Entry into the country You are responsible for complience with passport, customs, visa and compliance with any vaccination regulations.
Since 2012 all tourists need a visa to enter. Your passport must be valid for at least six months after the date of your entry the country.
Arrival at the Colombo Airport On request we organize your transfer from the airport. In this case we expect you in the deprature hall of the airport with a board "Lucky Star Tangalle".
On the four-hour journey in the air-conditioned van you will get the first impressions of the beautiful tropical island. The price for the on way trip from the airport to Tangalle is currently about SLR 17000. If traveling by taxi please ask the current tarif before daparture with the driver. The travel costs have to be paid directly to the taxi driver and can be shared with other passangers.
How to find us
If you are driving independently, follow the coastal road (A2) from Colombo to Tangalle (or highway from Colombo to Galle). At KM 193,4 turn right into the road to the village of Goyambokka. Continue to the very top of the hill, where you will find the Villa Lucky Star.
